One married couple will spend Valentine's Day going head-to-head in an Olympic medal event. Belgium's Kim Meylemans and Brazil's Nicole Rocha Silveira are competing in the women's skeleton event at the 2026 Milan Cortina Games -- just over a year after they tied the knot.

Belgium has won its first medal at the Winter Olympics. The Belgian Ice Bears raced to third place and bronze in the A final of the mixed relay. Victory went to the host nation Italy.
